Abby Jackman

Master of Social Work (Mental Health & Health) - Bachelor of Arts (Sociology/Psychology)

Hi, I'm Abby, an English-speaking ADHD coach and counsellor based in Brussels. I've spent over a decade working at the intersection of mental health, social justice, and inclusion in social work, psychotherapy, crisis support, and humanitarian contexts. I bring that same values-driven approach to my counselling and coaching practice.

I have lived experience with ADHD and specialized training in supporting individuals with ADHD. Whether you have ADHD, think you might, or are simply someone wanting to explore life transitions, career changes, an international move, or figure out what comes next, I'd love to hear from you.

I offer online sessions and work with clients across Europe.

ADHD Coaching

Living with ADHD or variable attention traits often means knowing exactly what you should do and still struggling to do it. The problem usually isn't a lack of effort or intention. It's that most systems and advice weren't built for the way your brain actually works.

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they're constantly falling behind to discover how to move forward in a way that works for them.

My approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic awareness, and narrative approaches, which means we spend less time fighting your brain and more time building a life that works with it. I bring a social justice lens to my work, because how we experience our minds is never separate from the world we live in.

Supportive Counselling &

Personal Coaching

Sometimes life gets heavy before it gets clearer. Transitions, burnout, grief, identity, relationships, purpose, these don't always fit neatly into a diagnosis or a to-do list.

I offer a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and figure out what you want your life to look like. We work at your pace, in a direction that's meaningful to you.

My approach is warm, grounded, and non-judgmental, and always informed by an understanding that your struggles don't exist in a vacuum.

These sessions are supportive and non-clinical — they're not a form of therapy or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment.
